Half of my life has been lived in Barnstaple, and half has been spent in London, where I moved to forge a career as a writer.
Now a published playwright, author, and fully credited screenwriter, I continue to develop original work for the stage, page, and screen. I also travel Europe using original plays to promote English and Drama skills, a course I designed that also doubles as a therapeutic drama class.
During the pandemic, I started studying as a therapist and have now entered the final stages of my Level 4 Diploma, allowing me to offer my services to Family Compass as a volunteer. Working as both a writer and a therapist offers me the type of satisfaction I’ve often dreamed of.
I am very passionate about improving the quality of life for those in the community, and I am equally comfortable working with teenagers, young adults, and adults.
