Clinical Supervision

Supporting those who support children, young people and families.

Working with children and young people can be deeply rewarding – and sometimes emotionally demanding. Our clinical supervision offers a warm, reflective space where practitioners can pause, process, and reconnect with their purpose.

Our supervisor Grace Flavell is a fully qualified dramatherapist and supervisor with many years’ experience supporting professionals. Compassionate, creative and grounded in experience, she brings empathy and understanding to every session. Her approach is trauma-informed and creative – helping you to reflect deeply while feeling safe and valued.

Whether you’re newly qualified or experienced, supervision can help you feel supported, confident and resourced in your work.

What we offer

Individual supervision: One-to-one sessions to explore your practice, build confidence and reflect on challenges.

Group supervision: Supportive small groups that encourage shared learning and connection.

Flexible options: Sessions available online or in person.

Our approach

We believe supervision should feel supportive and restorative. Together, we’ll:

  • Keep the child’s needs at the heart of your work
  • Reflect with kindness and curiosity
  • Explore creative ways to understand and respond to challenges
  • Support your professional growth and wellbeing
Supervision can be a place where a living profession breathes and learns.
